Library Cards & Borrowing
Patrons must fill out an application form to register for a new library card. Identification is required. A driver's license or student ID is preferred; however, any other official ID or recent non-personal piece of mail (utility bill) may be acceptable. Applicants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present, have proof of identity and give their consent on the application form and sign it before a new card can be issued. The parent or guardian will be held responsible for fees acquired from the child's account.
The Lester Public Library of Vesper does not restrict access to the material in its collection based on the age of the borrower. The parent may request that the Lester Public Library of Vesper restrict borrowing on a minor's library card to particular area of the library or rating categories on videos. Loan periods: 28 days for books and audio books, 7 days for DVD's, Blu-rays, games, science kits and DIY kits
Internet, Computers & Wi-Fi
The library provides wireless internet access and computers for public use. Users of the library's computers and wired internet connection must follow the library's Internet Policy
Reserve a Computer
Contact the library at 715-569-4669 to reserve a public computer. Computers may be reserve for one hour at a time.
